At Phone Clinic, we are committed to delivering high-quality custom products that meet your expectations. Due to the personalized nature of our products, we have specific return and refund policies in place.
Quality Guarantee: We stand behind the quality of our products. If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or significantly different from what you ordered, we will gladly provide a replacement or full refund.
Return Conditions: Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect. Custom products that are printed correctly according to your specifications cannot be returned unless there is a quality issue.
How to Return: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@printoracle.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will provide you with return instructions and a prepaid shipping label if applicable.
Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
